Tax Resolution or Tax Relief is a laymen's term for a group of payment or debt reduction options provided to individual and business taxpayers by the tax code.
Settlement and debt management options are designed to help taxpayers, who have fallen behind on their taxes, to eliminate or pay off their debt in a way that doesn’t add additional financial hardship.
One of the most significant breaks is found with an Offer in Compromise, sometimes referred to as "settling for pennies on the dollar". However, there are also alternative programs that will reduce your payments to a low monthly installment or even no monthly payments for qualifying taxpayers.
We provide tax relief from aggressive enforcement actions taken by the IRS, including:
We will guide you through the complex tax law and help you understand your rights and the options available for you.
We are the Tax Resolution Specialists to chose when you want to fix your IRS Tax Problems, Once and for All.
I am Managing Principal and founder of The Gamblin Group, LLC. I grew up in St. Louis, MO in a working-class family and was the first member of my immediate family to graduate college. I excelled academically and was awarded academic scholarships. In 2001, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and in 2005, I graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
After completing my graduate degree, I accepted a position with a prestigious Investment Management firm in St. Louis. While working with the people of my community, helping them realize their financial goals, I quickly learned that one the greatest hinderances to financial freedom was tax debt.
All the while, unknowingly, I myself, was entering into the same situation. See, at the time, I also owned a small business and didn’t fully understand all the tax requirements and implications of being a small business owner. After a couple of years of owning the business, I began to accumulate tax debt that I could not pay. I did not know how to resolve the issue, so I did what most people do - I ignored the problem. I also stopped filing taxes which only made the problem worse. With the imposition of penalties and interest, the balance continued to grow and became overwhelmingly large. It wasn’t until an IRS agent showed up at my front door, that I realized I could no longer ignore the matter.
It took a few years to resolve, and I paid off all the debt, but I didn’t know I had options. If I knew there was someone who could have helped me, I could have saved thousands of dollars and relieved myself of the fear and frustration I dealt with for years.
From this experience, I decided to become a licensed Enrolled Agent, so that I could help distressed taxpayers because I uniquely understand how it feels to owe the IRS. As a licensed Enrolled Agent, I practice in all 50 states and U.S. territories and represent taxpayers through all levels of the IRS to assist in resolving their outstanding tax issues and protecting their rights.
Through my personal experience, I understand how the lack of knowledge of tax laws can cause a manageable situation to become significantly worse, therefore, I have made it my mission to educate taxpayers and seek to provide them with the most relief available under the law.
If you have an outstanding tax issue, don’t try to resolve the issue yourself. I advise you to seek professional representation. When choosing a professional, do your homework, seek a licensed professional, check their credentials, read their Reviews and most importantly, work with someone who can help you understand your rights and options.
I believe in helping anyone get out of tax trouble, and securing financial freedom for themselves, their family, and their legacy.

Once you agree to submit a proposal, including an Offer in Compromise to the IRS and your financial situation changes or you did not disclose something to us, we can’t guarantee those results.
See "Tax Resolution Guarantee" as stated in our Terms of Service for full details.
